By making a payment (deposit or full amount) to secure a reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   • All payments made towards the reservation, including deposits and full payments, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Modification & Cancellation
   • Any request to modify or reschedule a reservation is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   • If you choose to cancel your reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded or credited towards future bookings.
3. Acceptance of Terms
   • By proceeding with a reservation payment, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
